ProDVX RMA process
Looking to request an RMA? Check out this page for information about our RMA process, and what the warranty status of your product means for the RMA process.
|In warranty||Out of warranty|
|If your product is within its warranty period, you will receive an RMA number and you can send the defect product to ProDVX according to our instructions. The ProDVX support team repairs the product at no additional cost, and ships the repaired product back to you. You will also receive a full repair report on request.||If your product is not within its warranty period, we can assess the cost of repairs so you can decide if you want to have it repaired or not. If you choose to have the product repaired, you will send it to ProDVX in accordance with our instructions. The ProDVX support team will repair the product's quoted damages, and ship it back to you. You will also receive a full repair report on request. |
Dead on arrival
If your product is Dead on Arrival (DoA), you will be contacted as soon as possible to arrange replacement of the product. The DoA product will be collected by ProDVX. The costs for picking up the DoA device and shipping a replacement product will be incurred by ProDVX.
